Meet Representative Hall

Representative Hall has represented House District 87 in the North Carolina House of Representatives since 2017. Rep. Hall was born and raised in Caldwell County and is proud to call it home to this day.

In 2020 Rep. Hall was appointed chairman of the House Committee on Rules, Calendar, and Operations of the House  by Speaker Tim Moore. The "Rules Chairman" is one of the key leadership positions in the State House, and Rep. Hall is the youngest member to ever be appointed Rules Chairman.

Representative Hall presides over the House Redistricting Committee, another key committee in the legislature.
